Logged into my rarely-used Ubuntu system via Google Remote Desktop—kinda like Indiana Jones entering an ancient terminal 💻. Of course, first thing Ubuntu did: “Sir, your oh-my-zsh is antique, please upgrade!” So I did, with screenshot evidence!
📦 Clone Wars: Grabbing Meno’s Magic Repo
Did a classic “clone & dash” with @meno’s public repo (big thanks to @eddiespino for the tips).

Tried running install.sh with high hopes and minimal RTFM, expecting easy setup...
But the install script hit me with the dreaded: “Unsupported OS!” 😱
Looks like @meno, we need Ubuntu support! Call in reinforcements! 👨💻
🕵️♂️ NodeJS & NPM: DuckDuckGoogling My Way
No setup is complete without NodeJS & NPM. So, off I go, googling like a caffeinated squirrel 😂:
Copy-pasted commands with ninja skills, making my terminal look like an arcade:
sudu pudo mudo update wabdate nodejs npm vpn cchim chim doom doom poom pom 💥
Mission accomplished—NodeJS & NPM ready to dance! 🕺
🥁 FFmpeg: Next Stop, Video Wizardry!
What’s a video encoder without FFmpeg? More random commands to summon the mighty FFmpeg:

sudo npm install pm2 -g—copy-pasted as if I’m casting spells with Harry Potter 😂

Now, my Ubuntu is officially PM2-powered!
🍳 Time to Cook: Encoder Node Setup
Jumped back to the 3speakencoder folder, installed all dependencies—as any brave soul would.
Configured .env file using my sixth sense and a pinch of hope. Let’s run the beast:
npm run dev 🙌
Final magic trick: started it with PM2 so the node stays alive like a zombie!
