it's not as hard as you think. It's all about technique, if only i could show it to you in person tuturo para mas madali ko maturo.

TIPS:

  1. Dapat di masyado mahaba yung tali, pwede mo sya iklian either don sa hawakan or ibubuhol mo tag isa in both ends.
  2. Step on the rope, dapat yung level ng ropes is naka L shape yung arms mo.
  3. wrist contol
  4. mababa lang yung talon ko kasi, ang ginagamit ko lang talaga is yung forefoot ko, and medyo naka bend yung knees ko.
  5. parang step no, step yes. watch some video yung footwork ng boxers
  6. Practice, practice, practice.

natry ko na yan, nagwatch na din ako sa YouTube hahahaha alam mo ung skip rope na taas talon at tig sampu lang stop, ganun padin hahahaha kainis tinapon ko na nga yung rope ko hahahah

yea, common error nga na nakikita ko yon, parang ang sakit sa tuhod non. haha next time turo ko hahaha
