You are absolutely right. Just as a person cannot be recognized and trusted very quickly, so too can we, and newcomers need to think about this in order to gain trust slowly in order to be rewarded. You talk about the basics that I love and I like.@priyanarc apu thank you.

I know the frustration of newcomers as well, I can understand their perspective but they have to involve with other users and they have to become part of communities, otherwise, nobody will notice them...
