I will call these the Big Three: Upper Level Education, Real Estate, and Healthcare. Over the years we just see the prices going up. People attribute this to all kinds of things like money printing or whatever.

In this video I discuss how the problem is none of these industries felt the impact of technology. At their basis, they still operate the same way they did a century ago. This is not going to be the case within 15 years.

I agree at least healthcare should be mot that expensive but I they also love making money
