Recent changes in geographic location of companies is starting to spread the talent away from centers of influence to others areas.
At the top of this list is New York (Wall Street) and California (Silicon Valley). We are seeing the move from these areas to Florida and Texas.
In this video I discuss how actions like these are distributing talent in different geographic areas. This will have a compounding effect over time as the brainpower in the newer areas grows. Thus, we will see more innovation and greater productivity as compared to it being limited.

Definitely, I am seeing many people moving around to places where it is more economically feasible. Due to the growing digital age and technological advances, we can see how communication can happen even in other places. There is less of an advantage to stay in those places with huge taxes and living costs. The branching out of the economy will help other areas grow but the middle class in these tax-heavy places will probably be pushed out.

Or left to suffer the financial burden of having to make up for the lost tax base. We see this where the wealthy are leaving, the shortfall in city and state taxes has to be made up somewhere.
The poor cant do it so it falls to the middle class.

Makes sense if taxation and regulations forced them out. secondary is the loss of income being pumped into an area moving elsewhere. Perfect for property owners in South Florida as this will create a boom.

Yeah the real estate prices are going nuts in South Florida and Austin Tx.
There are a lot of people moving into those areas.

I see quite a few youtubers that I follow moving to Texas but I don't quite understand why. Also it seems that is trendy to move to Texas if I perceived that correctly

Zero state income taxes plus much friendlier business environment is sending companies out of California (primarily) into Texas.
Much lower cost of living.

Wall Street and Silicon Valley have their own perks, they make people dream, think big, and gave them a purpose to work hard and smart so that they reach their final destination of success (Wall Street and Silicon Valley), they are thought as the symbol of success.
On the other side...
Intelligence inspire many, directly or indirectly / consciously or unconsciously, it is like it creates an aura around itself and improve others in its range.
The company of these talents will polish more talent in the youth.
We say in Urdu, "Maza aa gaya". I'd like to say about this video in English, "Time well spent".
