yes but the oct event absorbed billions out of all altcoins additional to hive problems.
Hive itself is on a decline by design.
Pro tip, make a new account, post a meme, check what happen. This is how to make the funnel retarded:
marketing to signup ---> pay sign up fee ----> get user to use the platform ---> make user to quit platform.
As a company want to build on hive you pay twice, 1 time marketing, 1 time sign up fee ( at scale its expensive).
