I am horribly addicted to these hole games. I got hooked mid 2025 and have been downloading almost every one I find since. At first they were simple affairs, one item, no stacking, usually fruits and vegetables. Then I discovered ones that went farther and added huge things such as buildings or much larger foods. Then I discovered a few that paid you to play, either in the game or via a third party app that tracked your time and progress. Hole Collector 3D is in the former camp. You can earn Bitcoin, well satoshis, while playing Hole Collector 3D. As usual, curb your enthusiasm before downloading.
Simpler Than Most
Hole Collector 3D is on the simple side of these style games. Levels are straightforward, very minimal “maze” layouts which are usually just an “H” shape or similar.
Objects you pick up include crypto symbols of some sort as well as cash and in later levels ornaments and such. There is very little “stacking” in Hole Collector 3D, limited to a single type coin stacked high. In other hole style games you might find stacks of objects with a larger object on top, requiring you to upgrade the size of your hole to consume. Rarely does this happen in Hole Collector 3D.
Also, in other similar games, you often only have exactly the number of an item available as is needed to pass the level. Not so in Hole Collector 3D. I have completed many levels with far more required objects on screen than I needed to complete the level.
This hurts strategy in a way as you are constantly looking at the required items and may miss valuable items in the level.
Upgrades and Money
Hole Collector 3D is a more modern iteration on the genre. You collect in game money, not always required to complete the level but ALWAYS required to upgrade your experience. This helps keep the game from becoming obnoxiously repetitive, other than what is naturally going to set in as you play.
Also, ads are not all that intrusive like similar earning games. Hole Collector 3D shows an ad after every 2 to 4 levels you play while other titles will force an ad on you after EVERY level.
Earning satoshis is seemingly directly related to the number of ads you see than levels completed. Understandable as that is how the developers pay for the satoshis they share with you.
I personally would prefer satoshis stacking as you complete levels, even if it is a lower amount then a “bonus” to catch your account up based on the ads you watch.
You are not going to get rich here. No one is. From my experience it appears I am earning 5 to 10 satoshis per 10 to 15 minutes of play. Horrible returns unless you are a fan of this genre and enjoy it, then it is still horrible returns with a fun game tied around it.
I will continue playing Hole Collect 3D as I am still horribly addicted to these games. With the value of Bitcoin fluctuating, I view the earnings as an investment in the future when I believe Bitcoin will be worth more.
