Sadly, this is the purpose for which fusion centers were created: a continuation of the Continuity of Government programs begun under Reagan and Bush I in the 1980s. The view of America entertained by CoG is that the corporation of government is 'the people', and Americans themselves are the enemy of the people and 'enemy combatants', even if unarmed and non-violent.
It is why FEMA has been massively funded to create detention centers across the nation, huge supplies of coffins, and the infrastructure to manage the capture, enslavement, and killing of millions of people. They have been preparing the battlefield we are now realizing we are on, and it's even possible the pandemic excuse has been intended from the outset.
Even barely conscious Threat Liaisons would have realized the dichotomy between the corporation of the federal government being considered the protected class under the Constitution rather than the civilian population of America - Americans themselves - would ultimately create irreconcilable conflict resulting in revolutionary military action.
They have been preparing for the coming war since Kennedy's assassination. Despite the seeming advantage that prior knowledge avails tyrants, the fact of the numerical advantage Americans have remains decisive. In a hot war, Americans possess more personal arms than all the military forces of the world combined, including the USG. The lessons of history also show that insurgencies are not able to be defeated by professional militaries. Finally, the simulations eternally conducted by the USG over these past decades have all - without exception - revealed that ~half the US military forces either defect (because they are Americans whose families, friends, and neighbors are considered the enemy of the USG), or become saboteurs, and the USG cannot win a military conflict with American civilians.
We will face UN troops instead. The US armed forces will be prevented from participating in the defense of Americans by multiple means, such as being deployed elsewhere (a hot war with a foreign nation), provided ineffective leadership and materiel, and defunded or otherwise politically misled.
I commend you for your courage, and recommend you prepare for armed conflict in which the US military is either unavailable to protect America, or is allied with international militaries against the American people. Freedom Cells will need to be able to recruit defecting troops covertly, rather than openly as it is presently configured.
