Slap the governments instead. Many people do not even have enough money (because of the financial discrimination they live in) to live a proper, full life. For example pensioners and disabled people. I live with multiple disabilities, and I receive a pension-like income, and nowadays I also work in a 4 hours part time job, but my total income still does not reach the local minimum wage. I’d gladly slap the government, but it’s people, in the u.s. where I live, that let the gov get out of control in the first place.
We’ve spent the last few decades arguing about stupid shit like whether or not we should let gay people be gay, as if we have the right to even vote on something like that.
Meanwhile, every politician works behind the scenes to further widen the income gap by way of only acting in their own interests, yet we keep lining up to pretend we have a choice, picking one of the two corporate sponsored candidates, and bitching because this one is just like the last one, but heaven forbid doing some research and making changes supported by evidence rather that rhetoric.
