Where does the money on your posts come from on Hive?

The answer is pretty simple. HIVE.Blog or Peakd.com run on a HIVEBLOCK which rewarded content creator in the form HIVE cryptocurrency called HIVE Token. New tokens are generated on the completion of block on a HIVE blockchain. These tokens are distribuited to carry out following activities

  1. Reward Pool
  2. Witnesses
  3. Stake Holder
  4. HIVE Worker Proposal System

Reward Pool
Majority of new token generated distributed to reward pool. Reward pool is the fund from where content creator/author and curator get their reward.

Witnesses
Witnesses are responsible of creating blocks. They get 10% share

Stake Holder
Stake holders are the HIVEANS who hold HP in their account. They get 15% share of.

HIVE Worker Proposal System
Remaining token are allocated for the promotion and development on Hive.

Content creator and curator get their token from Reward pool. So, in simple words one can say that money on your post comes from these token. Reward distributed among the author and curator in the form of HIVE POWER, Hive Backed Dollar or HIVE Token.

HIVE POWER directly added in your existing power. These HP can be converted in to HIVE Token by powering down. However other rewards like HIVE Token and HBD can be traded on crypto exchanges to earn money.

This is my little understanding about this topic. Hopefully you will like my answer. Wish people around the globe a very happy and blessed life ahead.
