oh my gosh. The phrase, "the chronically dissatisfied" just hit me. I know people like this and it is actually so easy to get into the habit of looking at the bad or just being down all the time. I feel like optimism has to be practiced sometimes so that you can make it into a habit to be happy.

This is so true. It does come naturally for people, and some do have to work at it. I feel like that can be true for any given day as well. Sometimes you wake up happy, and sometimes you have to work at making yourself happy.
