How many of you went through the feeling of sadness and depression?

So you went through that stage, right? I know.

“It’s a sense of loss and self pitying”

World is full of surprises that we can’t stop from happening. And most of the time we try to endure it and we think on how to get out of that situation quickly.

We also tend to do bad decisions just to find an easy escape in that situation we’re battling with. But the truth is, it should have been a step-by-step process for the betterment of ourselves.

We can't deny the certain fact that many people are dying because of depression, trauma and anxiety. Indeed many are in their weakest point of life. There's many of us suffering and are trying to resolve problems using wrong solutions.

However, there are 7 ways to have a positive mindset. These are as follows.

• Be confident
• Be positive
• Be punctual
• Be patient:sometimes things takes time to do.
• Believe in Yourself.
• Set goals for yourself: Work Hard or even Smarter to achieve them.
• Get fun out of life: don't take yourself too seriously,enjoy cause "life is too short to suffer."

Be the positive thinker. Try and try and then try again to be the optimistic type of person you want to become. You have to train your mind the needed discipline it has to obey.

It won't be easy, I know. But you have to at least try. Life is hard. Life is unfair. Life is just like the ocean - it's scary sometimes. So you just have to ride the waves! And don't get drown. Learn how to swim, too. So one day, you can hopefully enjoy the best life can offer!
