I think I'll have a crack at this, but it'll end up being a rant (probably ironically) rather than answering the question.
It'll be difficult for me, 'spiritual entrepreneurs' are right up there at the top of my 'things that irritate me list' - at least after all the 'downright evil' things.
Maybe I'll reflect on why they irritate me, really I should feel compassion for the self-deluded.
