Thanks for all the love. Am just happy the gardens are progressing so well in advance of the food shortages which are so evidently going to hit us before the end of the year. 30 sweetcorn went in yesterday. Hey, do you happen to know of a good way to preserve sweetcorn? Can we do it in salt?

I'm afraid I always froze it as I didn't have a pressure cooker back then. it can be canned with a pressure cooker. It's not safe to waterbath can.
