The Topic is "Works that are committed to us as children of God that the decision will be made by us, in the household of God".

The word of God to people now is like precepts, order or command. There's filthiness all over the table nowadays, there is no clean table.

Isaiah 28:8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean .

Proverbs 26:11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.

One cannot be partaker of God's table and still be partaker of Devil's table. The table here means the church or place of worship.

1 Corinthians 10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.

There are three most important things that we must do out of voluntary heart. They are not to be commanded to do before we do them. Even God didn't instruct us on how to do them.

Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

  1. MAKING VOW: Vow is a covenant made to God to receive something from him. Making vow in times of trouble is easy but paying the vow seems difficult for us. When you make a vow you bound yourself or restrict yourself from sinning in order to achieve success.

Ecclesiastes 5:4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.

Ecclesiastes 5:5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.

You make a vow when you want a favour from God and so you must fulfill it, by not doing so, you will make God agree because he didn't force you into it it is the decision of your heart.

2 Corinthians 8:3 For to their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of themselves;

  1. GIVING: This is a doctrine that God want us to do but out of the willingness of our hearts. God doesn't dictate how to give. And so it must not be imposed on us in our different churches. You should give according to your capacity and cheerfully. God has reward for it.

2 Corinthians 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give ; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Acts 5:1-6
1:But a certain man named Ananias with his wife Sapphira sold a piece of property,
2:And with his wife’s knowledge and connivance he kept back and wrongfully appropriated some of the proceeds, bringing only a part and putting it at the feet of the apostles.
3:But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart that you should lie to and attempt to deceive the Holy Spirit, and should [in violation of your promise] withdraw secretly and appropriate to your own use part of the price from the sale of the land?
4:As long as it remained unsold, was it not still your own? And [even] after it was sold, was not [the money] at your disposal and under your control? Why then, is it that you have proposed and purposed in your heart to do this thing? [How could you have the heart to do such a deed?] You have not [simply] lied to men [playing false and showing yourself utterly deceitful] but to God.
5:Upon hearing these words, Ananias fell down and died. And great dread and terror took possession of all who heard of it.
6:And the young men arose and wrapped up [the body] and carried it out and buried it.

  1. THANKSGIVING: People offer thanksgiving to God when God has done them a favour. So with a grateful heart they commit themselves to thanksgiving. Some do it every year, some every month. This also should not be compulsory for us, it is self-decision, out of freewill.

There are so many reasons for us to offer thanksgiving to God. The bible said in everything, we should give thanks to God.

Psalms 116:17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord .

Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

These three things should not be an order to us but we must able to do them out of our own freewill, not grudgingly.

Thanks be to God for this wonderful topic.
