Psalm 55:23 KJV
But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: Bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; But I will trust in thee.
There was a time during the time of David where he was surrounded by enemies. It was really overwhelming for him. This was his heart cry to God to be delivered from the hands of His enemies. The worst part of this was that the enemies he is was surrounded by were within.
David came to the point where he realized and come to a conclusion that he couldn't help himself, so he had to turn to God to seek for intervention. This is the best approach one can ever take in the midst of difficult circumstances; casting all their cares on God.
Vengeance is something that belongs to God. Trusting in God gives is rest from every burden we are experience. God has reward for the enemies who do not wish to see us have rest in out lives. When we look around us we can't help but see lots of struggles and challenges, but instead of dwelling on them we should dwell on what the Lord is saying concerning that matter
Yeahhh what can we do on our own except he intervenes
So we must hold onto him alone even when all hope is lost
