POINTS OF WHAT I LEARNED.
I learned that no one knows when the Lord Jesus Christ will come. Although so many people have predicted when he will come but it does not come to pass. According to the bible,no one knows the actual date and time the Lord will come, not even the angels in heaven. Our lord Jesus Christ is the only one in control of the end of time and future. Only God knows exact time and season of his coming.
As christains,we should live in the expectation that the Lord is going to return at any moment. The coming of the Lord should motivate us to always be prepared, holy and obedient. We should live a holy lifestyle so that no matter when the Lord comes,He will claim us as his own.
All who wants to reign with Christ should continue to do the important work that needs to be completed before he returns. We should do good to our fellow men and not destroy them. We should have pity on the poor, the beggers, the widows and the less previllages. When we render help to people,we should not expect anything in return because God is the one who will reward us.
We should turn away from our wicked ways and return to God because no one knows when the Lord will come. We should continue to abide in Christ so that when he comes,we will have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.
All the things happening in the world today only indicate that we are getting close to the returning of our lord Jesus Christ. Every year that goes by takes us closer and closer to that blessed hope and glorious appearing of the great God and our saviour Jesus Christ.
For us not to be taken unaware when our Lord Jesus Christ will come,we should exercise good stewardship of our time and talents. We should make the most efficient use for the Lord of whatever resources we have. We should study the word of God and apply it and encourage our fellow brethren.
As christains, we should not take our salvation for granted but we should always examine ourselves to know whether we are still in the faith.

HOW DOES THE STUDY AFFECT ME.
The study has taught me to always be prepared and watchful so no matter when the Lord shall come,I will not be taken unaware.
