Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

The norms is that it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. If we are given only one chance to live and one chance die, how can then be reincarnation. It is God's appointed will for a man to die once, if you are going to die once, how can you be reincarnated? Reincarnation is not found in the Bible. In reincarnation, you going to die a hundred times, a thousand times if you believe in the idea of reincarnation.

11 Timothy 3:1-5

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

11 Timothy 3:13

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

If there is really a process called reincarnation or rebirth, what we must experience now is, we must now meet people who are better, much, much better than they were 200, 300, 400 years ago. If the idea reincarnation is true, it means what the Bible is saying is not true because according to the Bible, evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. Imagine, if there will come a time that a deceiver can be deceived, meaning the one who deceived him is more evil than him and it won't happen if people are growing much better through reincarnation but what is happening in reality is what the Bible says.
