The hot temperament some people have or experience was never from God. They were encoded by Satan in some families of the earth. Truly, Satan cannot come down to do all of these evil works by themselves and this is why he has his agents who help him carry out those evil works on earth. And this is the fault of we humans because we are allowing ourselves to be used by Satan for his evil works.
In the book of Hebrews 8:10, the Bible says, For this is the convenant that I will make with the house of Isreal after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their minds, and write them in their hearts, and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people.
Satan, the devil has no plan for us. If you are one of those who is not a peacemaker, it means you are being used by Satan and he has no good plan for you than to make you suffer and go to hell.
And the people who allow Satan to come into their lives or get used by him are those who are not prayerful enough. If you do not pray well, the devil will easily penetrate into your life and want to make the most out of it.
There are people who prefer to believe in lies and because of that, God shall send them a strong delusion that they should believe a lie.
The Bible says in John 3:18 that, He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
You just have to believe in God whether you like it or not because he is the truth and he is the way.
