In the teaching we have been warned about the dangers of making promises and this teaching was made deeply from the wisdom in the Bible.
We are being reminded that inEcclesiastes 5 vs 45 that God takes no pleasure in vows that cannot be fulfilled. When you make a promise in history without any intention of fulfilling this promise then you will risk becoming a burden rather than a blessing to people.
Proverbs 13 vs 12 further illustrates this that hope will differ and make the heart sick. When we promise something whether it is our children, parents or even God and we eventually fail to deliver, we are creating pain, we are creating disappointment in our life.
All this authenticity of tomorrow. Proverbs 13 vs 11 and all that we should make postings about our future plans. Which is also unwise, is that we are being encouraged to act with humility and with carefulness. When we give a surprise gift to someone without the weight of expectation, it brings pure joy.
When we walk silently, saving thoughtfully so that we can supply our loved one without the risk of breaking our promise then it is better. This approach also aligns with the desire of God to be sustained in our dealings and our commitments.
We should embrace this vision, we should always act with love, we should plan our life correctly so that this action will speak louder than fake promises. Our surprise is withering the care we have that are more meaningful for these vows that sometimes we might struggle to keep.
Let us live this life so that we can find peace in our hearts also.
