Bro Eli's message on forgiveness, telling men not to react with anger when wronged, which is an instinct from everyone.
In Matthew 6 vs 15, we manifest that forgiving makes God opens the door for God to forgive us. This is a very important perspective that helps us to transform a person into opportunities that gives us spiritual good. And so when someone sins against us, it is not for retaliation, but a divine invitation to have the spirit of mercy on us so that we can align with God's justice.
In Matthew 5 vs 7, it says, Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Ecclesiastes 7 vs 20 reminds us that no one is sinless except Jesus Christ. And so even the most holiest person, like Job or Mary, committed some sins also, which underscored the inveterate needs for forgiveness.
By forgiving, we are not only obeying God, but also we love ourselves and our peace of mind. When we understand this, we will know the reason behind forgiving and the benefit, because it mingles God's desires for us.
Let us make it easier to let go of those resentments. We must again do selfless acts and live selfish benefit. When we forgive, then we receive forgiveness also from the most high when we sin.
Let us embrace this virtue. When we show mercy, it invites us to boundless grace in our lives, fostering peace and spiritual freedom.
Stay Blessed.
