We are being reminded by the teaching of this gospel of a powerful and very simple truth. Our father in heaven really wants us to be good towards everyone we meet. Most people have this habit of limiting their kindness to only their family members , friends , or relatives or maybe they do it in other to return a Favour. But our calling is very much bigger than this as Christians.
In the book of Galatians 6:10, and i quote
“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”
We are reminded in this part of the bible that to be kind should be part of our daily life. So if we ever find the opportunity to do Good , we should do it. The life of a Christian is marked by love, being merciful and generous. we don't just seek to be recognized, but we should also seek to show the goodness of God through our actions.
We are encouraged by this gospel to live a selfless life by being consistent in the love we show. when we do this ,we just don't honor God, we become an integral party of his grace to the world.
