If you want to experience growth, forgive
The truth is we can't always hold on forever, so why carry grudges when you can't it hold it forever.
I know sometimes we feel the offense of some people in our life is too big that doesn't deserve letting go. We forget that all sins are sins no matter how big or small it is. In other words, there's no sin that can't be forgiven no matter how many times it's committed.
Unforgiveness has a way of restricting our growth in one way or the other. When we hold on, the memories still remains in our minds so free, we think of everything to do to repay instead of thinking how we should be productive with our life.
if we want to go by offence, I don't think there's anyone that will be surviving on this earth anymore, but despite our sins God still has a a way of forgiving us and bringing us to himself again. Just like the bible has said that there's no 'just man, (no man is too pure on earth, so as our heavenly father is forgiving us let us follow suit.
According to the bible. God, practically asked us to forgive each other as he does for us.
The bible also says that ''to heir is human and to forgive is devine''.
As Christians we should know how to react to some certain things because actions they say speak louder than words.
Some of us hold grudges for years and even transfer it to your children..
As Christians, it's not supposed to be so, let's demonstrate the life of Christ here on earth.
There are better ways to communicate with people when they hurt us, instead of giving a bad reaction. Try to see from the other person's end. Examine yourself, put yourself in their shoes.
Ask yourself, why will this person do this? Could it be as a result of what is happening around him or her. find out..
I know forgiving is a journey, take your time and execute so you'll stop living in the past..
It is not easy but of a true we should learn how to forgive people in ways in which they offend us all as people.
