Thanks be to God almighty may the peace of our Lord Jesus abide with us all Amen.
It was a great moment in the presence of God and also another opportunity to listen to the doctrine of Christ through brother Eli, today I came to realize that many churches today does not have the name of God attached to it and that’s why most people are been deceived because they don’t teach the real gospel of Christ but theirs, we must join the church of God and not the church named after a man, I learn that we should not serve any other God except the almighty God, it is evil and abomination for a man to serve the creature more than the creator, God is the only one we should serve and now to. The worship image and cows is prohibited as a child of God we should not be found in such act we should only worship God and obey his commandments.
Roman 12:9 the Bible says here, let love be without dissimulation, abhor that which is evil cleave to that which is good. We should renounce our evil ways and turn to Christ, we must love one another as Christ loved us and gave his life for us, we should always love our fellow men in doing that we can be able to bring men to Christ, we must reject evil and hold on to Christ and obey his commandments.
Philippines 1.27 it says here, Only let your conversation be as it becomes the gospel of Christ that weather I come and see you or else be absent I may hear of your affairs that ye stand fast in one spirit with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel. We should remain in faith as we do the work of God because Christ wants to hear good things about us when he comes either in our absent or he met us here we should be in faith as one serving God with one heart and one mind so that the devil will not distract us, it will be nice if Christ hears good things about us that’s to say we have done our job very well here on earth and he will reward us.
Proverbs 22:1 here the Bible says that a good name is rather to be chosen than great riches and loving favor rather than silver and gold, we should strive for good name which is God and not material things that will perish someday, let’s make a good name in God, silver and gold will pass away but the word of God and will not so let’s cleave to good names of God and also obey the words which we have received, may God help us to understand and obey his commandments amen.
Acts 20:28 it says here take heed unto yourselves and to the flocks which the Holy Ghost has made you overseers to feed the church of God which has purchased with his own blood, it is our obligation to look after the church of God we should take care of the church of God and feed the church, we should always take care of the needy in the church and also extend it to the outside so we can be able to bring men to Christ and as we do so God will help us amen.
