Below are the lessons learnt, change in my formal belief and ways it affects my daily living. Also short video in summary of what I learnt is attached. I indulge you to watch and read through.
Some of the important point that I learnt
Our natural desires as a man are the earthly things but for heaven's sake, we should not be carried away with earthly desires. Our affections must be things of heaven
Act 17: 27 shows us that our obligation is to find God though He is not far from us but we need to find Him because those who do not find Him though He is near will not see Him.
A bad, stony or thorny heart can be renewed by God because He promised in Ezekiel 36:25-27 that He will renew a heart especially if such is willing to turn away from evil and come unto Him.
Our heart needs to be discerned so that devil will not be able to take away the word of God from is.
We all have hope in God no matter who we are.
My Formal belief that was improved when I listend to the teaching
No matter how bad someone is, God is willing to accept the person so long the individual is ready to come unto Him. No body is beyond renewal.
I initially belief that some people with evil heart will surely be doomed.
Ways the study affects my daily living
At all times, we need to examine ourselves especially when listen to the word of God. Devil at all times looks for means which the of God become null in our heart.
