The Bible makes it clear that evil spirits exist and they operate in this world. We are in a constant battle with powers we cannot see. These spiritual forces serve the devil, whose mission is to steal, kill and destroy. Evil spirits, just like angels, are spirit beings and they can take different forms. They can appear as humans or even take on the form of animals. When they take physical form, they can touch people. Many troubles people face come from these spirits. They bring oppression, fear and confusion. But their power has limits. Those who belong to God are protected. The devil cannot cross the boundary God sets. God watches over His children and keeps them safe from harm.
I believe evil Spirit might not be able to touch the child of God as far as they dwell in the word of God
