Is God Not Punishing Unscrupulous Translators of the Bible | The Old Path

We must not question God. He knows how to deal with people. In any given time, in any given place, God has His dealings with people whom we cannot question.

Romans 9:20 - Nay, but O man, who are thou that replies against God? Should the thing formed say to Him that formed it, Why has thou made me thus?

We cannot question Him. There's a verse in the Old Testament when two men were instantaneously killed when they tried to lift their hand to touch the ark of the covenant. The ark of the covenant is a sacred thing which God does not allow just anyone to touch it. There are assigned men who can hold the ark of the covenant. And when someone who wasn't qualified attempted to hold it, he was punished by God then and there. Instantaneously, he died because he has done something offending to the Almighty God of Heavens and earth.

And if any man shall take away from the words of the Book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life and out of the Holy City and from the things which are written in this book of Revelation 22:18-19. So it is not instant physical death, but it is a curse that eventually will happen to that man. There are plagues that are long lasting. But it will come to pass.
