Let's turn to the book of Deuteronomy. It really opened my eyes on how people can be misled when they see and move your traditions as if they are a scripture.
The Bible is not just a book of names, it's a book of teaching. There are so many lessons in Revelation meant to guide our paths here on earth as believers. Many important figures were never named yet, their stories still carry seven names. Let alone show that the purpose of God is not to satisfy our curiosity but to reveal the important truth that matters
a lot for us.
This is the clarification about the rest of it is very important. In the movie, the Deuteronomy shows Pharaoh surviving the scriptures which clearly say that not one of them was left. So even Pharaoh was overthrown. This was a reminder that entertainment can never be replaced by that biblical truth at all.
What is most important here is that sometimes we look. We see how people look for details like the name of the man who told they want to make idol instead of focusing on the lesson. The whole group decided to rebel, not just one person but at least making it clear that this remit is obedience to the will of God.
We are being encouraged to go back to the scriptures themselves and not be guided by the interpretation of humans.
Names can really affect us either positively or negatively
The Bible is a book that guides us through the path of life and teaches us how to live and act as Christians
