1 Corinthians 13:1 AMP - If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love [for others growing out of God’s love for me], then I have become only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal [just an annoying distraction]
from this scripture, we see that it is possible to be spiritual (prayerful), understanding divine mysteries but not have love.
Bro Eli explained, that there are religions where killing a brother or sister due to diversity in belief is seen as a righteous thing.. killing is never of God, it is of the devil.
when your neighbour's opinion doesn't tally with yours, it's wrong to kill them for that.
Rom13:10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
1 Corinthians 13:3 AMP - If I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it does me no good at all.
it is possible to give and yet not have love..
so then what is love?
Bro Eli, explained from 1Corinthians13 what love is, and through this scripture we understand that love means patience, love is not jealous, love means Humility (not proud). Love does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth..

Love doesn't only honor God but men(all men), that includes men of diverse religions, culture, beliefs..
Matthew 5:44
But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you..
Luke 6:33
And if ye do good to them that do good to you, what thank have ye? for even sinners do the same.
when you show love to those who hate you, that's where your greater reward lies, not in loving those who love you too..
we should never get tired of doing good, for in due time, we will real if we faint not
Galatians 6:9 - And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
