In this enlightening teaching, It was made very clear to us by Bro. Eli Soriano explained that a whole lot of people of which Christians are also included, often seek fortune tellers to know their future. However, we were told clearly by the Bible that only God truly knows what lies ahead. God decided to hide teh future from us for a good reason, which is for us to have complete trust on him.
Bro. Eli emphasized that the Bible is not just a record of the past but also a revelation of the future. A lot of prophetic message has been given to us by God, so that when it eventually happens, we can now trust him completely and have more complete promise in him .As Jesus said in John 14:29,
“And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.”
He reminded believers that our future as servants of God is already planned by Him. Sō seeking answers from fortune tellers or relying on human predictions is not what we should do
