Reincarnation is a false teaching , it is not a biblical teaching. There is not real proof or shown record of Jesus or the apostles teaching anything related to it.
As believers , we were warned by The Bible about doctrines created by people rather than God.
A lot of confusing ideas appear today, but we as believers are encouraged to hold on to the teachings given to the apostles by Christ which is the true teaching.
Those teachings form the true foundation of the church. According to scripture, it is appointed for man to die once.
As can be seen from the bible, the idea of someone returning repeatedly in different forms does not agree with what we are raught in the word of God.
After death , comes judgement, so we should not believe these doctrines as believers. May the name of God be praised.

For me I believe it is to an extent scriptural for us to pray when we are faced with tribulations
