To touch a woman before marriage is considered fornication.
when a man has a sexual relationship with a woman he is not married to, it is a sin, this was explained in the bible. In the book of 1 Corinthians 7:1–2, Apostle Paul teaches us that it’s better for a man not to touch a woman to avoid sin, and if you ever desire to be close, you should do it in marriage.
