It is not by force but if you have the ability to assist the person next to you, you should do it in a free will. In anyway that God has put it in your mind, you should find a way to help others.if you are in a position to help people and that thing will not hurt you, you should do it joyfully.
When it comes to donating organs, it is not against the instructions of God because it is act of showing that you care and cherish that person, and if you sense that you are not fit enough, you should not bother donate because of your health issues.
And I strongly believe that before anyone can be deem fit to donate any of thier organs, a proper test would have been done to see the person's health conditions but I strongly believe that, donating is from the heart and God is not against it because the bible has no written verse on that that it is a sin.
