Brother Eli's teaching on prayer is going to refresh and deeply by the understanding of what it means when we want to communicate with God.
So many people today, we treat prayer as just a marriage, or something done from tradition. But we have been reminded that prayer is just an act of faith. It is a request made to the Almighty beyond just our ability.
What really helped me the most is the emphasis on faith. We have been explained that asking God with that faith is like simply, it can go nowhere. In Philippians 4, and Hebrews 11, and James 1, it says, this is a very clear picture. Go and listen to those who keep tossing him.
When we pray without faith, it is an empty lifetime, wrapped in confidence, thoughts, and submission. I really appreciate how Brother Eli was able to illustrate prayer in that real life situation. When we pray for the sick, loved ones, we protect them from danger or for peace or in times of anxiety.
These are moments when human strength, faith, and only God's intervention can make that difference. It really shows that prayer is not just about that word, it's about expressing our dependence on God and acknowledging the power of teaching.
So believers must be willing to listen and must approach it with faith and works. God will put you in belief and act according to what he has said. May we align our thoughts to his strength.
