Regarding to today's teaching on prayer. What i learnt today is when we sin against our fellow brother or sister, we should admit our fault and confess it and we should learn to prayer for one another by confessing it to each other. In the book of 1John 5:16 says
NIV:If you see any brother or sister commit a sin that does not lead to death, you should pray and God will give them life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that you should pray about that. Also when our brother or sister who had sinned, we should learn to take it to prayer not to gossip them. 1Peter 4:8
NIV:Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. We should also learn to acknowledge our sin. Psalms 32:5 says
NIV:Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.” And you forgave the guilt of my sin.
