Was Jesus Christ a carpenter before he began His ministry? In this video, Bro. Eli Soriano sets the record straight about our Lord Jesus Christ's occupation, contrary to claims he went to India.

The Old Path (Ang Dating Daan in the vernacular) is the longest-running religious radio-television program in the Philippines hosted by Brother Eliseo F. Soriano and Brother Daniel Razon. The Members Church of God International or MCGI produces this program whereby people get to ask Brother Eli their questions about faith, religion, spirituality, and more.

If you're interested in earning upvotes by sharing your personal insights on what you've learned from the videos, feel free to create a reaction post based on your understanding of Brother Eli's explanations. IS THIS NOT THE CARPENTER'S SON?

What an identity! How do I know Jesus? Who is He to me? Whom do I take Him to be? These and many more flew through my mind as I listened to this video. Thank you for sharing this, friend @hiro-hive

The Jews didn't know Jesus more than the description of his family occupation. While He was living with them, He wasn't different from an ordinary human. There was no difference in Him than anyone else. All they knew about Him was that He was the carpenter's son.

The world is rejecting The Light which would have lightened them all because they could see anything more than a mere name in the sphere of religion.

Many people are perishing without knowing because they have not realized the Saviour who was to save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:21 (KJV) And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Will I and you reject Him in our generation? Will we see the truth and embrace Jesus Christ, The Messiah.

Jesus Christ is not another human in the history of mankind. He is not just a religious leader like others. He didn't come to establish a movement. He came to give us life, and that life in abundance.
John 10:10 (KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The way we see Jesus will determine our relationship with Him. The Jews didn't know who he really was. There was no difference in His first 30 years. They recognized him as the Savior they were waiting for.

The Jews didn't know Jesus more than his family occupation. They thought he was just a carpenter.

Many people always see Jesus as been a poor man who does not have money probably because they don't know his occupation but that is not true. I think Jesus was involved in that occupation his dad was which was a carpenter
