These are the things I learnt from the Bible Exposition:
Brother Eli answered some questions asked by some brethren.
What must we receive or accept?
The things we must receive or accept are the things written in the Bible, we should not go beyond what is written.
1 Corinthians 4:6
And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
What is the number of those that will be saved and those that will not be saved?
There's no exact number of those who will be saved or not be saved.
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
The salvation of God is open to all those who wants to be saved by God.
The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.
That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
Since there's no specific number, then you have the chance to be one of them.
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
1 Timothy 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
How true is the Bible?
It is impossible for the the Bible to be just a story, the word of God has been in existence over 3,000 years ago.
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
