These are the things I learnt from the teaching:
There are other parts of our body we need to give to God.
Matthew 19:6
[6]Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
Wife should never deny her husband if husband and wife will fast it should be in agreement.
1 Corinthians 7:5-6
[5]Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
[6]But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.
Husband should give what is due to the wife and wife should also do the same to the husband.
Matthew 5:28
[28]But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Do not uncover a woman when she's in her monthly period.
Leviticus 18:19
[19]Also thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness.
1 Peter 3:7
[7]Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
Isaiah 58:6
[6]Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
When husband and wife dwell together according to knowledge their prayers reach God.
1 Timothy 5:8
[8]But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
A man should not pray covering his head for it dishonour God.
1 Corinthians 11:14
[14]Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
It is Satan who breaks the family not God, women should also keep their body clean always, you should small nice before your husband.
Proverbs 19:14
[14]House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD.
Proverbs 18:22
[22]Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.
