Which Is The Real Sabbath? || The Old Path || MCGI

When Jesus died, the passover sabbath fell on a thursday. John 19: 31 says ;

"The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation,that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, for that sabbath day was an high day, and that they might be taken away".

We believers should try to keep the sabbath day holy despite our busy shedules.Sabbath day is a holy day,a day of rest, not all sabbath falls on saturdays,matthew 28: 1-3.

In day end of the sabbath,as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher. And,behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow".

Jesus resurrected on the 3rd day, if Jesus died on the 3 days earlier before resurrection, that will then leave his day of death to be wednesday. However, the next day thursday was also a sabbath day but some churches prefers saturday to be the only sabbath day, now i have clear the doubt that not all saturdays are sabbath day. The jew had observed other sabbaths like the passover sabbath which they observed once a year and on that year that
