If you know that it is going to rain as you are about to go out, you would go out with an umbrella right? That is the same with our live on earth here. Knowing the future as a believer in Christ Jesus is a good thing because then Gods purpose for you will be clearly spelt out. We are made by God for a purpose that has been ordained by God.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
This bible chapter tells us that even before we are born, we have a future to fulfil as ordained by God. We can also shape our future according to the will of God. King Hezikiah had been ordained to die but when the message got to him, he prayed to interceeded for himself and God increased his living age. We can engage God in prayers over our future.
Also there is a future that all man shall die. It is known by all humans and even scientifically proven. This is a certain future that God has foretold and knowing this, we must do Gods will when we are alive because there is ni reward for the dead. Man only lives and dies once.
