Is a man's fate under the control of God? ( Part 1 of 2)

I am here to contribute to today's Bible exposition question:Is a man's face under the control of God(part 1).

If we are going to base our information or our date or our belief from the review word of God in the Bible,and if you do believe the Bible you can have certainty to the answer you will get.
Originally,the first man and first woman that God created,you will notice there's something that God gave them.
You will notice it in the commandments God gave Adam.
Genesis 2:16"And the Lord God commanded the man saying,of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil,thou shalt eat of it:for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shall surely die.
All the tree in that Garden is edible because he says of every tree in the thou shall eat except that particular one.
Sometimes people do not realize the truth about this.
When God told Adam that he is free to eat any other tree except the tree of knowledge of good and evil,this implies that Adam had free choice.
So,it is possible that Adam may decide against what God has instructed him but only there is a penalty.
It implies that the first man and woman were given the power to choose obedience to God or disobedience to God.
In disobedience to God there is a penalty.
There is always a warning which means that God cares for us and don't want us to be lost.
