What is the faith of the thief on the cross written in Luke 23:42-43? (Part 1 of 7).

Hello everyone.

I am here to contribute to today's Bible exposition question:What is the faith of the thief on the cross written in luke 23:42-43(part1).

First of all we have to understand what the book of Isaiah said before we can interprete it in relation with what happened on the cross between the thief and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 64:6" But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags;and we all do fade as a leaf;and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Those are words of people who are bearing in iniquities.

We must know that there are two kinds of righteousness in the Bible.
Let's read Romans 10:3"for they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
This is clear teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There are two kinds of righteousness in the Bible.
The righteousness of God and the righteousness of man.

The people with the righteousness of man are very far away from God.
Let's compare this to the book of Apostle Paul in the book of Romans 3:10"As it is written, there is none righteous,no,not one.
There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable;there is none that doeth good,no,not one.

Thank you.
