What are our financial obligations?

Hello!

I want to contribute to the Question: What are our financial obligations?

According to Matthew 5:42,

Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

Jesus commanded his disciples and us all to give to the poor around us and not to refuse to lend to those that want to borrow from us.

This implies that we should be generous to the poor amongst us.
We should love and make them feel loved.

So we have financial obligations to the poor, even to our enemies, according to Luke 6:35;

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

According to exodus 22:25,

If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

We're to lend to the poor without demanding any interest.

When we're in need, we can borrow, but we should do well to refund, According to Psalm 37:21

The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.

In Romans 13:8;

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

So we should be generous to everyone.
