Is A Man's Fate Controlled By God? | (Part 2 of 2) The Old Path

Hello Brethren!

It's a privilege to share what I learnt, on the topic, "Is A Man's Fate Controlled By God?"
According to Bro Eli, He can control our faith if we are going to submit ourselves to him. God has control over the fate of a man if a man is going to submit himself to God. God will take control of him. But if he is going to disobey God and take control of himself, then his destiny will depend on his action.

Second Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verses 11 to 12,

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie, that they all might be damned, who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

According to the scripture, God allows all who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness to face delusion. For this course God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie. Why? That they might all be damned who believe not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. This we can see the whole truth in this verses. If you do not believe in the truth. If you have pleasure in unrighteousness, if you prefer what is evil more than what is good. Then God will give you the delusion you want. The illusion. The fable. Everything that is not reality will be in you, because you believe not the truth.

This means that after a man have disregarded God's control, then he is out of control. Then it is he that will make his own destiny. He is going to perdition by his own choice. God will allow him if after all the instructions in the teachings and the warnings were given to him. And after all the admonitions were taught to him, then instead of choosing what is true, he chose to believe lies. Then God will allow him to believe a lie. To be in the darkness. To be lost in the path of darkness.

So, God controls you if you submit yourself to him. It is God that will like a vehicle. It is God that will drive you. So that you will be under the direction of God,

Proverbs 16:9

A man's heart deviseth his way, but the Lord directed his steps.

It is the Lord that will direct our steps. We ourselves cannot make our steps straight. We cannot by our own self be righteous and be good.

Jeremiah 10:23

Ohh Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself. It is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

So, It is not in man that walketh to direct his step, who will direct our step? It is the Lord. And for God to direct your steps, you have to submit yourself to the Lord

James 4:7

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

That is the admonition of the scriptures. Submit yourselves therefore to God. If we are going to submit ourselves to God, then God will operate on us.

Philippians 213

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good purpose.

We allow God to do the managing of our own self. God will be more than willing to manage our future, our lives, our destiny. Just submit yourself to God, for it is God, after you have submitted yourself to him, It is God that worketh in you both to will, And to do of his good purpose, if we submit ourselves to God, then God will direct our steps. God will guide us, God will protect us. So our destiny will all be in the hands of God. But if in the contrary we disobey God, then God will allow us to go on our own way, and that will surely be going to perdition.

So, God can control our fate if we are going to submit ourselves to him. God will be our manager. God will be our driver. God will be our director. God will dictate to us what we are going to do so he is in complete control of our being. And one thing we can be sure of that we will never be lost under God's loving care and guidance. But if in contrary, we are not going to submit ourselves to God, then we will be the architect of our destiny and for sure that destiny will be going to perdition.

Thanks be to God.
