What I learned:
Our manner of life should only show the doctrines of Christ Jesus, that we listen to. Wives should submit to their husbands. So that, that way they can win their unbelieving husband to God. First, John Chapter 3 verse 18 admonished us to love indeed, and in truth not in tongue. In John Chapter 13 verse 35, Jesus charged his disciples to love one another so that men would know that they are his true disciples. We should love even our enemies, according to the Bible. If we can love our enemies, then much more will we love our fellow men who are not our enemies. So we shouldn't skip any opportunities to do good works.
It is important for us to hear the good news from the Holy Scriptures. The scripture is a good news because we did not know it.
One of the good news in the Holy Scriptures is the scripture about eternal life. Those in heaven see what is on earth, but those on Earth cannot see what is in heaven. So we need someone to tell us the good news from heaven. In James chapter one, verse 17, the Bible says that every good and perfect gift come from above. The only one who tells us the good news from heaven is our Lord Jesus Christ according to John Chapter 6 verse 36. Angels also brought good news, but the only one bringing us good news about salvation is our Lord Jesus Christ.
Humans die, but God does not die including all the citizens of heaven. So eternal life came as the good news to us. The death of man is decided by God. One either dies young or old. Some die young because of the vices they engaged in and because of their addiction to drugs they don't die at their appointed time. However, God can add this to those who fear him, as recorded in Proverbs 10:27. If we can listen to God and obey his will, then he can act this to us. But then if we engage in vices. It will shorten our days. Doing good to fellow men is a commandment of God. He that has pity for the poor lends to the Lord and God owns everything and will pay us back more and more, so we should always do good works.

The holy scriptures is the best news we can hear in our life, for myself I want to avoid listening on gossips and talks that we cannot learn from. Learning the wisdom of God is best wisdom we can acquire
