Mass Indoctrination Day 10 Held on Zoom on November 11,2022

in MCGI Cares Hivelast year

What I learned:
Children of God are made of inner being and the outer being. Inner being is our spirit And the outer being is our flesh according to Second Corinthians chapter 4 from verse 16 to 18, the Bible makes it clear that Our inner being is renewed every day while our outer being Which is our body Is growing older everyday. Now many are behaving as wolves in sheeps clothing. They behave like Beasts. They do all manner of things all. They commit lot of vices and they do things that Children of God should not do. These are people who are Beast and a wolf in sheep clothing. These are people whose inner being are wolves. They don't delight in their laws of God. That is why it is important for us to know the apparel commanded by God for both our inner being and our outer being.

Our inner being is renewed every day as we continuously meditate on the laws of God. It is when we meditate on the laws of God that we will not sin against God. That is when we will not behave like wolves in sheep clothing. That is when we will not carry arms against one another, that's when we will not be committing crimes that the Bible prohibits. Therefore, we should avoid adorning our outer being with costly jewelleries, costly apparels. But then adorn our inner being with meekness of the spirit. Delighting in the law of God. According to Psalm 40:8, if our inner being delight in the laws of God, then it would definitely be seen on our outer being, our own appearance, our interactions, our associations, and the way we do things.

We should avoid outward adornment, as the Bible admonished us, to adorn ourselves modestly. We should not be dressing outrageously but modestly. Not immorally, but morally. We shouldn't be wearing costly jewelries, which will even bring attacks on us, but then we should be natural. The Bible prohibits plating of the hair, coiling of the hairs, and doing all manners of things to the hair. Because what God wants is the natural. 2nd Corinthians Chapter 13, verse 5 admonished us to examine ourselves whether we are still in the faith. So it is important for us to always examine ourselves to ensure that our inner being is always delighting in the loss of God, is always doing the things of God so that we will not sin against God.

FORMER BELIEF:
I didn't hold any opposing believe regarding this teaching.

IMPACTS OF THE TEACHING:
We shouldn't adorn ourselves immodestly, but adorn our inner being with the word of God.

We are inviting you to join the MCGI Cares (Hive) community that study the words of God and also earn some reward by making our reactions on it. We can check this link https://peakd.com/c/hive-182074/trending

Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.

MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
