Here are some of the lessons i picked up from the mass indoctrination that took place in Zoom on the 9th of August 2021.

During the mass indoctrination i learnt that It is important that we confess our sins one to another, when we have offended our fellow man we should learn to ask for forgiveness from him and from then from God. We should not be mislead and start confessing to someone who we think is the representative of God, if we offend someone, we should go straight to the person and God for forgiveness and not anyone else. When we are offended by our fellow man we should learn to forgive and also pray to God to forgive them.
If we admit and forsake our sins, we would obtain mercy from God but if we cover it we shall not prosper. Here is what the Bible has to say about this in
Proverbs 28:13
He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Before we go to God in prayers, he already knows what we want to ask for and his ears are not deaf that he can’t hear us, we should avoid repetition at all cost because that shows lack of faith in God.
Matthew 6:7-8 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

The church of God is the family of God here on earth. The spirit dwells in us which is a pure heart.
1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

When praying face the east because the Glory of God comes from the east and even the first church was established in the east. There are right ways of doing thing, in orderliness and discipline, we should learn to pray with a pure heart and a clean tongue.

There are situations that we will find ourselves that no man can help us, only God and you can reach Him through prayer. There is no problem that is bigger than God.
When asking, ask in faith and not with wavering or doubt in your heart and also ask with Thanksgiving.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Thanks for reading through. I want to invite you to our mass Indoctrination today by 12pm, follow @fatimajunio for more info.
