Sometimes life gets so busy and loud that we barely have time to breathe, let alone think deeply. But Christian meditation is that quiet pause we all need it’s not about emptying our minds, but about filling our hearts with God's truth. The way MCGI explained it made so much sense: it’s simply taking time to reflect on God’s Word, thinking about what it means, and letting it guide our day. It could be while sitting quietly, walking, or even just during a break what matters is the focus on God.

One thing I really loved from the teaching is how it reminded us that meditation brings us closer to God in a very personal way. It gives peace when things are chaotic, and clarity when everything feels confusing. And it’s not just about feeling better it helps us grow and live more like Christ.

Psalm 1:2 says, “But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

That kind of constant connection with God is what makes the difference.
