The manner of the gospel of Christ are written in the holy scriptures, and the holy scriptures were given for our correction, reproofs and instructions in righteousness.
So, a single Christian woman, should look unto the things of the Lord, how she can serve the Lord, and how she can serve other people and do good works.
First Corinthians 7:32 says that the unmarried cares for the things of the lord, in order to please God, but the married ones care for the worldly things, in order to please their spouses.
While one is single, one is free to serve the lord as she choses, but when married, a lot of responsibilities are attached. She would no longer have enough time for the things of God, but for her husband, children and entire family.
The unmarried ones are so lucky because they have no responsibilities on them, they would not have to explain to anyone where they went to or what they went for. They're free to serve the lord in diverse capacities.
The unmarried woman cared for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband. So, as a single Christian woman, live your life the way that you may please the Lord. Let your attention be to the teachings of the Lord. That is the best life lived on Earth. The Lord Jesus Christ gave us an example, he did not marry although there are women who are very close to the Lord Jesus Christ, but he chose the life of being single. The apostle Paul also did not marry. They cared for the things of the Lord. And it is more rewarding. It is more convenient because when you are married, there are distractions that will come along the way. You have to care for your family, your children, your partner. You have to care for everything. But as the apostle Paul said, he that is unmarried cared for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord. Live your life in a way to please the Lord.
The very best life here on earth, is living to please God, doing things of God, pleasing God by doing good works to fellowmen.
