Staying In Line With God In A Fast Evolving World.

We all will agree that in today's fast-evolving world, it can be difficult to stay in line with the Christian faith. The pressure and with so many distractions and temptations, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Which is looking up to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Staying in line with the Christian faith in a fast-evolving world we would have to keep making God a priority, surrounding ourselves with like-minded believers, having a positive attitude, and persevering through trials.

However, there are a few key principles which I've been able to understand from the scriptures, if you're an ardent student of the word of God you might have come across them in one way or the other. We can remain steadfast in our faith and continue to grow in our relationship with God if we can infuse some of these principles

  1. The first key is to try as much as possible to keep staying in line with the Christian faith. Try to make God a priority in our lives. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus says, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." This verse reminds us that if we make God our top priority, everything else in our lives will fall into place. We must make time for prayer, reading the Bible, and worshiping Him. By putting God first in our lives, we will be able to resist the temptations of the world and stay focused on what truly matters.

  2. Another important key to staying in line with the Christian faith is to surround ourselves with like-minded believers. In Proverbs 27:17, it says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." By surrounding ourselves with other believers, we can encourage and support each other in our walk with God. We can also learn from one another and be held accountable for our actions. Joining a church community or a small group is a great way to connect with other believers and grow in our faith together.

  3. Another key to staying in line with the Christian faith is to have a positive attitude. In Philippians 4:8, it says, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." By having a positive attitude, we can focus on the good in our lives and not be bogged down by negative thoughts and emotions. We can also be a positive influence on those around us and be a light for Jesus in a dark world.

  4. Lastly, staying in line with the Christian faith requires perseverance. In James 1:12, it says, "Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him." We will face trials and temptations in our lives, but by persevering and trusting in God, we will be able to overcome them. We must also be patient, knowing that God's timing is perfect and that He will bring us through any trial.

With faith and by following these principles, we can remain steadfast in our faith and continue to grow in our relationship with God. As we put our trust in Him, He will guide us and lead us in the way we should go.
